Welcome to Go4TradeIndia (“we,” “our,” “us”), a platform designed to empower Indian businesses in the field of export-import, B2B trade, e-commerce development, and digital marketing solutions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, whether as a business owner, vendor, exporter/importer, or service seeker. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

🔹 2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• “Platform” refers to Go4TradeIndia and all its digital properties, including websites, mobile versions, and backend systems.

• “User” or “You” means any individual, company, or legal entity accessing or using the Services.

• “Services” means any listing, lead generation, marketing, web development, consultation, or platform-based feature offered by Go4TradeIndia.

• “Vendor” means a third party using the platform to showcase or sell goods or services.

• “Client” means a user purchasing or subscribing to Go4TradeIndia’s paid offerings.

• “Content” includes text, logos, banners, images, and documents uploaded by users or created by Go4TradeIndia.

• “Third-Party Services” refer to platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook, IndiaMART, Amazon, Shopify, etc., integrated or linked through our services.

🔹 3. Eligibility Criteria

To access or use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• Register with accurate and complete business details.

• Not be banned from receiving services under the laws of India or any applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts found violating our eligibility standards.

🔹 4. Account Registration and Obligations

4.1. Registration

Users are required to register an account to access premium or paid services. During registration, users must provide valid business information, including:

• Company name and legal status

• GST number (if applicable)

• Contact email and phone number

• Nature of business

• Product or service categories

4.2. Account Integrity

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Any activity under your account shall be presumed to be yours.

• You agree to notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use or breach.

🔹 5. Scope of Services

Go4TradeIndia offers a wide range of services under three verticals:

5.1. B2B Trade & Export-Import Services

• Verified product listings and business profiles

• Buyer-seller connection tools

• Digital trade inquiries

• Export consultation and documentation assistance

• Indian & global trade exposure

5.2. E-commerce and Business Development

• Custom e-commerce websites (B2B/B2C)

• Product catalog design and listing optimization

• CRM & quotation tools

• Payment gateway consultation

• Marketplace integrations (IndiaMART, Amazon, Alibaba)

5.3. Digital Marketing & Branding

• Social media marketing (SMM)

• Google and Facebook Ads campaign setup

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Email marketing and retargeting

• Business branding and positioning

Each service may have its own scope, pricing, and timeline which will be discussed via proposal or service agreement.

🔹 6. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

• Submit only truthful, accurate, and lawful content

• Not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities

• Cooperate during the execution of services (including timely approvals, document sharing, etc.)

• Make payments on time as per the agreed invoices

• Maintain professional and respectful communication with our team and other users

🔹 7. Payment Terms & Billing

7.1. Pricing & Invoicing

• All prices are exclusive of GST and will be billed additionally where applicable.

• Invoices will be shared via email after confirmation of services.

• Payments can be made through NEFT, UPI, bank transfer, or authorized payment gateways.

7.2. Late Payment Policy

• A penalty of 2% per month may be levied for invoices overdue beyond 15 days.

• Continuous non-payment may lead to service suspension or permanent blacklisting.

7.3. No Pay-on-Delivery

All services are prepaid or milestone-based. No Cash-on-Delivery or Pay-on-Approval models apply unless specifically negotiated.

🔹 8. Refunds, Cancellations & Termination

8.1. Refunds

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• If the service was never initiated due to internal error

• If the client made a duplicate payment

• If the service is terminated by Go4TradeIndia before any work has begun

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Client’s change of mind

• Delays caused due to lack of cooperation or required inputs

• Services already delivered or partially executed

8.2. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested in writing within 24 hours of placing an order.

• Cancellations are subject to approval depending on the stage of service.

🔹 9. Content Submission Guidelines

• Users must submit clear, original content for their listings or websites.

• No copyrighted material may be submitted without proper rights or licenses.

• We may reject or modify content that is poorly written, unrelated, or potentially harmful.

• Users are responsible for updating their listing/product information regularly.

🔹 10. Product Listing Policy

• Only genuine, legal, and market-compliant products or services may be listed.

• Listings should not mislead buyers through fake offers, exaggerated claims, or altered images.

• Products must be categorized accurately with proper specifications, pricing, and availability.

• Any listing flagged as fake, copied, or suspicious may be deleted without notice.

🔹 11. Marketplace & B2B Buyer-Seller Policy

Go4TradeIndia operates as a neutral facilitator in a B2B environment, and we do not get involved in the negotiation or execution of contracts between users unless specifically engaged for it under a separate agreement.

11.1. Buyer Conduct

• Buyers must ensure that all inquiries are genuine and relevant.

• Fake leads, excessive spamming, or solicitation of personal services is strictly prohibited.

• Buyers must maintain professional communication with sellers and the platform.

11.2. Seller Conduct

• Sellers must honor committed prices, product quality, and delivery timelines.

• Misleading descriptions, fake certifications, or false inventories are not tolerated.

• Sellers must not upload irrelevant or duplicate listings to manipulate visibility.

11.3. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts engaged in unethical trade conduct.

• Flag listings for compliance review if reported by users or flagged by our algorithms.

• Publish verified reviews or buyer feedback without seller approval.

🔹 12. Digital Marketing Services – Additional Terms

Go4TradeIndia offers a wide range of digital marketing solutions. The following terms apply specifically to marketing projects:

12.1. Scope of Work (SOW)

• The agreed scope, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined before execution.

• Delays caused by the client (missing information, content delay, lack of approval) are not counted towards delivery timelines.

12.2. Performance Expectations

• While we use best practices and experienced strategies, we do not guarantee rankings, leads, or sales unless contractually stated.

• Algorithms of platforms like Google and Facebook are outside our control.

12.3. Advertising Credits

• If you opt for paid ad campaigns, the advertising budget is separate from Go4TradeIndia’s service fee.

• Campaign results and dashboards will be shared transparently.

🔹 13. Data Protection & Privacy

Go4TradeIndia respects your right to privacy and complies with Indian IT Act and applicable international standards.

13.1. Data Collection

We collect personal and business information including:

• Contact details (email, phone, address)

• Product/service details

• Payment information

• Website behavior and IP logs

13.2. Use of Data

• To deliver and manage services

• To improve platform security and features

• For internal analytics and customer support

• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

13.3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. However, we may share it with:

• Payment gateways and banks

• Ad networks (for digital services only)

• Law enforcement agencies, if legally required

🔹 14. Intellectual Property

14.1. Platform Ownership

All platform code, design, logos, copy, and branding elements are owned by Go4TradeIndia and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

14.2. User IP

• Users retain rights to the content they upload.

• By uploading content, you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use it on the platform for marketing and sales facilitation.

14.3. IP Violations

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, report it to info@go4tradeindia.com with proof of ownership. Verified claims will be resolved promptly.

🔹 15. Third-Party Services & Integrations

We may link or integrate third-party services like:

• WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART, Alibaba, Shopify, Razorpay, etc.

While we may help you connect with or manage these platforms, Go4TradeIndia does not control their services or take responsibility for their operations, policies, or service issues.

Always refer to third-party service agreements when using integrated tools.

🔹 16. Website Use and Limitations

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or mirror content from the Go4TradeIndia website

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the backend, servers, or data

• Send automated bots, malicious code, or phishing scripts

• Upload content containing viruses, malware, or harmful links

• Interfere with the site’s functionality or manipulate listings

Any violation may lead to suspension, legal action, and reporting to cybercrime authorities.

🔹 17. Suspension, Blacklisting & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion due to:

• Violation of these Terms

• Abuse of platform services

• Non-payment or fraud

• Submission of fake documents

• Harassment of support or other users

Blacklisted users will be banned from future participation. Suspended accounts may be reinstated after issue resolution.

🔹 18. Dispute Resolution Between Users

Go4TradeIndia does not mediate contractual disputes unless specifically hired for arbitration services.

18.1. Communication Records

We recommend all users keep written records of negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations.

18.2. Voluntary Support

If approached, we may offer non-binding suggestions to resolve a dispute, but we are not responsible for the outcome.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go4TradeIndia, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms

• Content submitted by you

• Use or misuse of our platform

• Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

🔹 20. Warranties & Disclaimers

Go4TradeIndia provides all services “as is” and “as available.”

20.1. No Warranty

• We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

• We do not guarantee business success, leads, or results from services unless stated contractually.

• We are not liable for delays due to force majeure or third-party failures.

20.2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying all product/service information, vendor credentials, and transaction security.

🔹 21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Go4TradeIndia, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages,

• Loss of profits, business, reputation, or data,

• Service interruptions, downtime, or system errors,

• Disputes between you and other users or third parties,

• Damages resulting from reliance on content posted or shared via the platform,
  even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question over the last three (3) months.

🔹 22. Service Level Objective (SLO) & Force Majeure

22.1. SLO (Service Level Objective)

We strive for high service availability and performance. However, Go4TradeIndia does not guarantee uptime and reserves the right to perform maintenance or updates without prior notice. Service timelines are always best-effort based unless contractually specified.

22.2. Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Internet or utility failures

• Cyberattacks

• Governmental restrictions

• Acts of war, terrorism, riots, or pandemics

🔹 23. Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback

23.1. User Feedback

We may allow users to leave reviews, comments, or star ratings on vendor listings or services. You acknowledge that:

• Feedback should be truthful and constructive.

• False or malicious reviews may result in account penalties.

• We may moderate, edit, or remove feedback that violates our community standards.

23.2. Platform Usage of Reviews

• Go4TradeIndia reserves the right to publish, repurpose, or feature reviews on public pages, marketing materials, or promotional media.

🔹 24. Anti-Spam, Security & Communication

We take security and ethical communication seriously.

24.1. Anti-Spam

You agree not to:

• Send bulk unsolicited messages using platform leads

• Spam users or businesses with irrelevant offers

• Harvest contact data or scrape listings

24.2. Communication Monitoring

While we do not monitor private user messages, we reserve the right to:

• Review flagged conversations

• Block users for harassment or abuse

• Use automation to detect spam or threats

🔹 25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

• The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie with the courts of Delhi, India.

• In the case of international users, you agree to resolve legal matters in accordance with Indian legal procedures and jurisdiction.

🔹 26. Assignment and Transfer

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent from Go4TradeIndia. We may assign or transfer our responsibilities in part or whole as part of a company restructuring, merger, or service delegation.

🔹 27. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date.

• Continued use of our platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

• You are advised to review this document periodically for updates.

🔹 28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Go4TradeIndia. They supersede all prior communications, oral or written, relating to your use of the platform.
