1. General Policy

  • All payments made on Go4TradeIndia are considered final unless stated otherwise.

  • This policy applies to digital services, subscriptions, promotional packages, and featured listings.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 


 

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same service.

  • You paid for a service that was never activated or delivered.

  • You requested cancellation within the permitted time frame.

  • There was a technical error during the transaction on our platform.

 


 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment.

  • Services already delivered or used.

  • Request made after the refund/cancellation window has passed.

  • Disputes between buyers and sellers (handled separately, not via refund).

  • Any form of misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent behavior.

 


 

4. Cancellation Window

  • Promotional services: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Membership packages: Can be canceled within 3 days, provided no benefits were accessed.

  • Featured listings: Cancelable only before the listing goes live.

5. Refund Timeline and Method

  • Refund method: Same mode as the original payment (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • Processing time: Within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Notification: Email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.

 


 

6. Refunds for Trade Transactions

  • Go4TradeIndia is a B2B platform, not a buyer/seller mediator.

  • Refunds are not applicable on trade orders between users.

  • Any issues regarding trade payments must be resolved directly between buyer and seller unless Go4TradeIndia’s paid services were involved.

 


 

7. Dispute Handling

  • If you face an issue with a service you paid for, contact us within 7 days.

  • Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • You may be asked for supporting documents or screenshots.

  • We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 working days.
